What are some good colleges for science and/or neuroscience?

I'm looking into going to college for neuroscience but it's still a relatively new practice so I wasn't sure what would my best options would be college wise. Harvard and MIT have good programs but they're soooo expensive, and I don't know if I'm cut out for an ivy league school. Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you!
