Does anyone know any cheap apartments off of UNF's Campus?

Does anyone know of any decently priced 1 bedroom apartments in Toronto?

  • I'm a student and I'm trying to find a decently priced 1 bedroom apartment for my fiance and I between Pearson Airport and Seneca College Newnham Campus. For the life of me I can't find anything decent, if anyone has any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks, Ashley

    "Decent?" That's very subjective. What, specifically is your budget? What's the neighborhood like in that vicinity. It is entirely possible that your budget is out of line with the market, or that you are looking in a neighborhood which does not meet your minimum standards for safety, or convenience, or whatever. You need to be specific about what you are looking for and what you are willing & able to spend in money, travel time to school/work, space, and other considerations. Obviously, your expectations are out of whack with reality, and something needs adjusting.

I live in bc canada and i know the cost of living in toronto is quite a bit higher than there. i have a descent 2 bdrm apartment for $625 pr month...something i don't think is possible to find there. i would suggest you check with your school and see if they have any listings of lower priced student houseing available.
