Need Part For Porpoise II Sailboat?

I need to know what this part is called?

• so i bought this 1999 oldsmobile intrigue for 1800$ and the previous owner had told me the only problem with the engine was where there are two lines that come out of different areas of the engine and connect together to another part close to the mass air flow sensor, and where they connected they were going into a rubber part they was bigger to fit the hole they ran thorugh. hard for me to explain but i dont know what this part is called and i dont know where to buy it or how much it would cost. i really need some help because air comes out that part and make the car sorta studder when starting. and the rubber part just tore open more today and now wont let it run or start right at all. so please i can send you a picture of the part only i have left the car behind today because it wasnt starting so i dont have a picture of the whole engine but just the part so anyone that thinks they can help please do so i can email it to you or send a text of it my number is 661-380-5219 i know dealers can get expensive and im looking at that as a last resort.

  are you talking about vacuum lines if the rubber hose is messed up you can pick some hose up pretty cheap and cut it to fit
