How do I get my sleeping pattern back to normal?

Basically, I go to bed at around 9am and wake up at 5pm. I do all nighters every night. I can never sleep. I tried staying up all night and all day so I could sleep but then I still couldn't sleep. It's like, I can only sleep in daylight.. How can I get a normal sleeping pattern? Like go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 8am or something, cause even when I go to bed at like 9pm I'm just laying there all night staring at the walls not being able to sleep. Please help? Thankyou!

Have you tried relaxing yourself before going to bed like taking a bath before hand ect. Smelling lavinda when your trying to sleep is also meant to help, your sleeping patten sounds so extreme though, if I were you I'd go to the doctor they may give you sleeping pills to help.
