How can I make my forum more popular?

I started a new forum a while back, about gaming. http://gclf.forumotion.co.uk/ But there aren't many members, so I was wondering if anyone could help make the forum more popular? Thanks a lot!

Perhaps you could add some walkthroughs or you could get your members involved and create a "Top 10" best games for say, Nintendo, ps3 etc. Also you could try advertising and getting people to spread the word over Facebook, twitter and other social networking sites and on other popular gaming websites (bored.com etc) or you could add games or links to games on your forum. Hope this helps :)

You could try getting in contact with famous gamers on you tube maybe start with the lower guys and try and see what they think, you could try advertising it via youtube / social networking sites or even via yahoo. that in mind advertising properly for websites costs money.
