Trials Evolution - Can you play ALL user tracks? Or only those on Friends List?

I loved Trials HD, but only of my only complaints was that you could only play the user created tracks of people in your Friends List, rather than those of the entire community. Is this the same in Trials Evolution? Or do you have access to the entire community of user created tracks?

You can download any track that anyone uploads to the server including tracks that RedLynx have made.
