I am paying £15 a month for XBL and i need help and advice please read description?

  • i recently got my bank statement and there was a £15 billing for XBL last month and the month before this is the exact detail. 05 mar 12 - debit card - MICROSOFT *BILLI - £14.98 and the exact same on 03 april on my bank statement. i dont know what iam paying for? I only have 1 account in use at the moment. i had another account which i deleted off my xbox 360, i am not paying for netfix or anyfing like that. i know i should be paying about £5-6 a month for membership for my current account which i have been using for ages. i dont know how long i have been overcharged. i tried removing my bank account from my xbox 360 because it is automatically paying each month for xbox 360 live, but it didnt let me remove it. i am currently not connected to XBL but hopefully will be next week. i tried looking online for a solution but found nothing. is there a number for microsoft department which would help me with this issue or should i go to my bank and try and stop/cancel the automatic payments? if i was to call microsoft would it charge me or is there a way it could be free. i only have 1 account on my xbox 360. i deleted all my other accounts and will not be able to recover them, i dont know the email addresses i used. PLEASE TELL ME ANYTHING WHICH COULD HELP ME IS YOU HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, MICROSOFTS HELPLINE NUMBER FOR THIS PROBLEM. WHAT COULD I BE PAYING £15 A MONTH FOR?

    My advice to you is to cancel paying for your membership via debit card and purchase membership from a shop for £15 for 3 months or £35 for 12 months. I am pretty sure you can cancel your subscription anytime on your Xbox 360 console. Hope I helped.

Im not totally sure what you're paying for either but it may be multiple accounts paying for gold membership? If you know the old account you deleted, recover it and check to see if the bank card is linked to that. On the xbox.com website there will be a helpline number and they may be able to tell you what gamertags are being paid for but not the login information as you have to get this yourself. Good Luck
