Is the 4th commandment talking about The day of rest or is it referring to the rest we have in Christ Jesus?

For the Gentiles our Sabbath is Christ. For the Jews the seventh day of the week was a day of rest that pointed to Christ. All the scriptures that say anything about physically keeping the Sabbath were written to the Jews. You have to pay attention to who is saying what to who.
