I need to look older for my new job, but make-up doesn't work. What can I do?

Getting a shoulder length bob with some bangs (side or not) will make you look a few years older. Also styling it is another big part, aim for a sleek straight style, not curls, I feel like they make you look younger. Go simple on your makeup and go for a natural look, cover your imperfections with cncealer, but not an allover foundation, curl your lashes and apply a light mascara or none at all, and a rosy blush and pretty natural lipstick will give you some color. Try wearing stud earrings like fake diamonds or pearls instead of dangling or hoop earrings if you have pierced ears. For your clothes try wearing higher necked dresses or shirts and nice dresspants that are slim fitting. for skirts go for a (not too tight!) pencil skirt that hits in the middle of your knees, never wear anything that goes above your knees. Wear some 1 inch or kitten heels (solid color) to complete your look. Don't wear anything that is too bright but make sure your outfit has some visual interest otherwise you'll bore everybody! Try wearing neutrals like blacks, greys, and whites and to add a pop of color try wearing a pretty turquoise bracelet or a colorful ring or belt. Hope I could help(:

Take sandpaper. Rub it all over your face for a few hours. You will become hideous, and noone will know how old you are.
