Does my hair fall out too easily?

Hair breakage and fall out!?

  • I've been searching everywhere but it doesn't really answer my question - i never had thick hair, it was normal, sort of thin, i have a lot of it but it's really thin so it doesn't really look like i have a lot haha, anyway, as i've gotten older i've lost a lot of it, i started dying my hair in 08 (i was 15, i'm now 18), i dyed it brown and i lost handful upon handful of hair while washing the dye out, which concerned me at first, then i started losing a little bit more than usual during the day, and ever since then it's been the same, i don't lose A LOT of hair in the shower, unless i have dyed it, or not brushed it after having it in a pony tail, if i have it in a pony tail without brushing it, i lose a lot of hair (the other day i counted 64!), every day i lose more hair, i can't put my fingers through my hair wihtout having at least 1 hair come out in my hand, when i brush my hair after a shower i lose more hair because it gets super tangled even though i put a bunch of conditioner through it! the last time i dyed it I used garnier, which made my hair feel a lot better. i used to use loreal paris, which is what i first used to dye my hair. i'm a little concerned because my hair is thin enough to hold within my tumb and my index finger, i know for some people this is normal but i was wondering if there is anything i can do? the last time i went to the hairdresser - which was in december she said it was fine, but obviously since then i've lost more hair haha, i'm going to book in to get a trim and see what she thinks. from all of the hair fall out i've got tiny baby einstine hairs everywhere on my scalp! which i know is from the hair coming out, and it's a good thing too! if anyone has had a similar problem what did you do to help prevent/stop this? thank you to anyone who answers i really appreciate it! i tie my hair up a lot over night, and i just got told by one of my friends you shouldn't do that : (

  • Answer:

dont use chemical colours if you wanna dye . . . you can use 'henna leaves' powder which is a natural colouring agent . . . INDIANS use this to colour their hair. . . mix the powder with lemon juice, water , any oil (little) , egg white [ If you want brown colour, mix tea or coffee water , maroon- beetroot juice , ] ..... use it weekly once ....... you will see the change in third week :) .... i use it ... leave it overnight and use it as a pack the next day and rinse it when dried ........... [ IF U START USING THIS, U SHOULD NOT USE CHEMICAL COLOURS AS IT MAY CREATE PROBLEM] ........... to get thick hair, apply castro oil and do head massage and then bath.
