15years old How to get signed by a record label and get agent?

Hey, I'm 15 and good at singing. I've always wanted to have a career out of something I love doing. How do I get signed with a record lable? I live in NYC which is a plus. What are good record companies I could contact or agents/managers I could Contact I need to make a demo? How? Also, would I sing my own songs?. I need as much info as possible. Please don't just say go get "this". Tell how, thanks!!
