Does wearing glasses improve your eyesight?

Eating Carrots do not 'improve your Eyesight' And the reason that someone said it makes your Eyes worse is obviously because he/she does not have an Eye Problem. The only thing you can do Is get Surgery, Eye Contacts, or Glasses.

Well, if you do not have good vision and you decide to get prescription glasses that will improve them, then that is a good idea. Glasses do not make your eyesight worse unless you wear prescription glasses that don't fit your eyes for extended periods of time. This will also make you prone to headaches and such. As for the carrots, they do improve your eyesight (but they won't completely cure any vision impairments that you have) because of the Vitamin C that they contain. I would say that if you really want to help fix your eyes to not stress them and to eat many foods that contain Vitamin C, as it helps eyesight (these are usually orange vegetables). They help you to see, obviously, but no they don't fix your eyes. Your eyes will continue to get worse over time. Yes carrots are good for your eyes. Ever see a rabbit wearing glasses? Honey is good for your hearing too, I think, because I've never seen a hearing aid small enough to fit a bee

Glasses "help" at first. but once you start wearing them you will have to wear them for life.
