How do you mod pc games?

Can you still mod PC games if you have the game on disk?

  • Basically I have Skyrim and Fallout 3, and wanted to put some mods on the game. But I have the disks, I didnt download them from Steam or anything. The disk are legit though. Just wondered if its still possible to mod? Or do you have to download games to mod them Thanks

    You can mod it, just find where the disks installed the game information to, and use those files.
