How did this guy from Skype find my Facebook?

A few years ago I randomly met an Asian guy on Skype, and we used to chat. But then I started spending much less time on Skype and lost touch with him. But he just friend requested me on Facebook, which I think is really creepy. I don't have my Skype name listed on Facebook. I never gave him my last name, Facebook, or email address. I only had my first name written on Skype. I don't understand how he could find my Facebook. I don't want to accept his request because it's creepy that he was able to find me.

Somewhere on Skype it should show your email, probably publicly. If he got your email from that, which is very likely, then he can find you on Facebook with your email.
