Ideas for henna tattoo?

Tattoo ideas for a former self harmer?

  • So, some-what recently I've recovered from self harm. I'm only 16 almost 17. So I can't get a tattoo until i'm 18 of course. BUT I have henna so i'm experimenting to see what I like before I get something permanent. I know for sure I want someone either over my scars on my arm or on my wrist. I want something subtle probably. Maybe a symbol. I was thinking about putting "Fighting" on my wrist or "Stay Strong" or " Inhale love, Exhale Hate" If anyone has ideas then go ahead and tell me. I'm up for any ideas(: Pictures would be nice too but if that's too much to ask for then it's okay. Thank you!

hey, i'm struggling with self harm and trying to recover. on my right wrist i got three stars which mean struggle through darkness. that was over a year ago and i haven't self harmed on that wrist since. this summer, i am planning on getting another tattoo on my left wrist. i'm thinking of a butterfly part of it relating to the butterfly project as well it has a few other meanings. i'm also thinking of getting 'soar' written on my wrist too. in my personal opinion get something that's meaningful to you but creative. why would you copy someone else's design / words. demi lovato has stay strong on her wrists. i wouldn't personally get that because it she created the meaning of it. look up wrist tattoos and meanings on google. that's what i have been doing and eventually hopefully after looking a long time through different websites and designs you'll be able to add meanings and expand on the meanings already with your own ideas. :) hoped this helped .
