How can I make myself taller?

How can I get taller or make myself look taller?

  • Im 18 and although my doc has predicted that I should b 5 ft8 by the time done growing, I'm only about 5ft6 now and I'm guessing by 18 most of your growing is just about done right? So I was wondering what ways there are to make myself look taller. Like are there any special shoe sole things you can get to slip into sneakers and other shoes to boost your height? Any other suggestions?

yeahh id say get some special soles made if your desperate? wedges? heels? are you not that type of girl? your not that small anyway, i wouldn't worry about it you never know if youll grow or not, you might have a grow spert! but you might not! be happy with your size babe:)<3

You stop growing at 21. GIRLS stop growing at 18. Actually i think its 16. Anyway, you stop growing at around 21 so your doctor is probably right.
