How long after sex can you know if you're pregnant?

  • I made a terrible mistake of having un-protected sex...well, the protection was basically "I'll pull out, I swear" But the thing is that I never thought about if 'pre-***' could make you pregnant, can it? Also, I'm not sure but I really do think I felt him ejaculate in me. We went like 4 times, so I'm not sure what my odds are because in the past I've always used protection... So, what I'm asking is- About how long after sex can you take a test and see if you're pregnant? My periods are really out of whack lately because I've been losing weight, so I didn't get it for the month of April, therefor not too sure if I were to miss it again in May if it'd just still be because of the weight loss or what...Also, can pre-*** get you pregnant? What are the odds of this? Please no preaching to me on how I should wait to be married, always use protection, etc. I know I've made a mistake, I can't change what already happened, and all's I want is to know how to handle this.

    first response will detect results up to 12 days after conception.. so if you count 12 days after you last had unprotected sex, the test should be accurate. Try a test anyways. Theres no such thing as a false positive so better to be safe than sorry.

tests about 28 days after the first day of your last period, that would put you at around 4 weeks. at walmart they have hpt for 88cents!! if you r preggo call your local heath dept. they have all sorts of resources in case you don't have ins... (it happens to the best of us, it happened to me so just figure out if Your preggo or not and go from there) good luck babe

10 days after conception, not sex. because as we all know conception can take up to 3 or 4 days after sex so you never really know when exactly you conceived. anyways... just give your period a week after it's due date then take a test! good luck :)
