Can illegal immigrant win US green card lottery and re enter us?

Hi, i have a question, i had enterd us illegal, back in 2002, i was 11 years old at the time and was with my family.shortly after we lost our asylm case we decided to leave usa in 2008 because there was no chance to stay there anymore, at least legally, and i haven't been in US since. i never recieved a deportation order, we just decided to leave. My question is if i win the us green card lottery do you think i would be able to recieve the green card or no? im 21 years old, and would like to go back legally but i feel like i never got a chance since my parents decided to come here illegaly. A rough guesstimate at your timeline suggest you left the US at the age of 17, before you turn 18 1/2. If this is the case then you do not have a ban against and if your win the DV lottery then you would be able to take the Green Card. The "We" to this question is puzzling. Your parents are subjected to a 10 year ban from returning, there is no waiver. They are not eligible to return until 2028 and thus no GC for them. You need to apply for the DV Lottery on your own.
