Is this racism/discrimination talk at work?

Why would capricorn lady would be so nice to me at work, then not want to talk 2 me outside work?

  • this cappy lady who i work with, use to call me, text me, invite me over, etc. she found out i liked her, she stopped. i got over it, told her im good only being friends and all was good again. and i meant it, however, she is super nice to me at work, even brings me dinner if i work late, brings me homeade cookies, etc...but completely stopped calling, texting me. it feels like she wants to keep our relationship strictly work now..but then why the treats and acting super nice to me at work?? plz help anyone

There's this thing called being polite at work. I treat all the men in my workplace nicely, that doesn't mean I want to sleep with them. Outside work is a different story where we are more distant. Also at work and outside of it different houses in people's charts get activated so they behave in a different way. Let's say someone with Cancer on the cusp of the 6th house might be very affectionate to their coworkers, hug them all the time, bring homemade cookies, etc, but if you meet that person at a bar (let's say 5th house), they will be a lot more cerebral and emotionally distant (Gemini).

SaggiMC is absolutely right. The complexity of a person is shown by studying their ENTIRE timed birth chart. You are asking only about the Sun sign, which is only 1 out of 40-60 factors in a birth chart. Furthermore, the chart shows our inner needs ... not so much what we actually DO about our inner needs.
