How to scare friends at a sleepover?

Help with a scary sleepover prank?

• Hi :) okay so two friends and i are having a sleepover tonight, and me and one of my friends want to scare the other one. We are watching my older sisters flat for the weekend while she is away. So it will only be the three of us in her flat, she just moved in not too long ago so i don't know any neighbors i could get in on it. We all ready have the idea that i will wait at my house for my friend we want to scare, whereas before that i will have met my other friend and she will already be there and she will hide in the cupboard when she hears us coming in. However that is all we have so far. We want to complete that prank, then later at night when she is sleeping get up and do things and act different to make think she is dreaming, then in the morning act like we have no clue what she is talking about, so how could we make her think she is dreaming? or do you have any other ideas for scary pranks? Extra info - my parents are also out of town for the weekend so they wont be able to help out i don't know if this will help, but my sisters house is near the harbour. thank you :) x
