What Modem and Router would be good for gaming on with 6.0 AT&T DSL?
-
I have an Alienware m17x R3 and I am finally getting internet at my home. It will be used for gaming and connecting a few phones too, IE Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, and the Galaxy S2. The phones will be just casual browsing and such but I will also have it used for an Xbox 360 and PS, so which modem and Wireless router would the fine people of Yahoo Answers recommend? Please note, I would like to keep the price below $100 for the router, really the most I want to go over is $125. I have found this router to be quite aesthetically pleasing http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320088 Remember, price is an issue here so please consider that when giving me your choices.

Answer:
Since AT&T DSL is relatively slow, any name brand such as D-link, Netgear, Linksys, etc. will suffice. Just don't try to game over wireless and expect stellar performance.
