How can I fix the blurriness of my webcam?

My webcam is experiencing "Code 39", how can I fix this problem?

My mom bought this webcam during December 24 last year. This webcam is great and we don't experience problems with this. But now, It's not working already. I tried to view the devices and printers but the webcam has a yellow warning sign before its icon. I tried to go in Device Manager and I found out in the properties that it is experiencing "Code 39". It says, "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)". I don't understand, the lights of the webcam works, it is installed on the USB port correctly but why did I receive this kind of error? It says, it needs troubleshooting, but when I troubleshoot it, it's still never work. Please I need a step by step help... My webcam is A4Tech Windows 7 Bonus Question: Do I need to uninstall it?

Uninstall the driver then restart your pc. Try to Download for new Installer for you A4tech that fit to windows 7. Check here / Download here http://www.a4tech.com/driver.asp
