Why isn't my laptop connecting to the internet?

My laptop isnt connecting to google or youtube but it shows that i have internet connection?

How do you connect to the internet? What ISP service is it? Have you ever been able to use the internet? How long and how often does this happen? What kind of computer and router is it? A tech geek needs to know these things in order to be able to give specific advice. Think of it like a broken car. Going to a mechanic and saying "It doesn't work, fix it."
