  I'm not sure what pricing is like in India, but since 25,000 Indian Rupees is about US$475, you won't be able to build much of a gaming PC for that unless you already have a monitor and several other reusable components. As far as the best AMD processor for gaming, that would be the Phenom II X4 980 Black Edition (quad-core, Socket AM3, 3.7 GHz), available here for US$149.99 without a heatsink and fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103935 Add a Socket AM3+ motherboard, at least 4GB (2 x 2GB) of DDR3-1600 memory, a video card, hard disk, good power supply, case, optical drive, and so on, and you're probably beyond your budget already. Maybe save more money first? Once you get to 50,000 INR you'll have a decent budget. I suppose you might find a used system or used parts. Hope that helps!
