How do I format an ISO file Recovery Disk to a USB Drive?

• My Acer Aspire One 532h-2588 Netbook recently crashed and has been having issues booting up and always seem to stop at one of the drivers before rebooting. I've figured out the best solution, thusly, is to reinstall the drivers. I've downloaded the Recovery Disk as an ISO file onto my computer and atm I'm trying to figure out how to format the file onto my USB so it will boot up on the Netbook. I attempted to use a program (UNETBootin, or something to that affect) to install it onto the USB (Lexar, 4G), I changed the priority in my BIOS settings, but all I get is a screen with UNETBootin, Select settings, TAB to edit, and a 10 second countdown that keeps restarting. This leads me to believe the program was either flawed or limited to certain computer programs. Could someone please tell me how I can format the ISO file to the flash drive so it will properly reboot my netbook? For reference I am limited in internet accessibilty and I only have my old Dell Inspiron 2500 laptop to rely on to do all of this...

  Send me an email for assistance if you want to wipe out your hard drive and: 1. you have Windows 7 (tell me what edition you have) 2. you can download a 2-3GB genuine Windows 7 installer ISO image 3. you have at least a 4GB flash drive 4. you have a backup up all important data on your flash drive. 5. you have a copy of the license keys for the applications you purchased. You can also choose not to wipe out the hard drive if a simple Startup Repair will do using the Windows 7 installer mentioned above.
