How do I zoom in again on my iPad?

I have an IPad 2 and I can neither zoom in or out when I pinch my fingers on the screen to do either. Help?

It all started when I placed it on my bed and left and it was zoomed in on the website I was on(fan fiction) and I could not zoom out. I have tried restarting,turning it off and using the tree finger way. I can't zoom in or out on any website and I would like some help to fix this.

You turn the browser off? And restarted the ipad right! I know you said that you did, well sort of! Just not sure if you meant the ipad, browser or both! Take it to Best Buy or the Apple store! If you were a Mac user I'd say Check with your nearest Mac User Group! http://www.apple.com/usergroups/ But you didn't say you are so!
