Cant choose which youtube music downloader to use?

I love to listen to music but dont want to have to pay for it:) I heard about the youtube music downloader thing, and when i searched it up, i got so many results! Which one should I use? Im looking for one thats fast, easy, simple and DOESNT PUT VIRUSES!!!! Extra info - I have a windows computer - Downloading the music for my ipod touch
