Craft ideas for boyfriend's birthday gift ?

I asked my boyfriend what he wants for his birthday (we're in our early teens) and he said he doesn't want me to buy anything so I figured I'd make something for him. I'm really artistic (I play music, draw, write, anything) and I just wrote him a song but I wanna make him something else. :3 Anything cute like a coupon book or a mini-comic about things I love about him~
