How tdo I make him attracted to me?

We are 14 and we are just friends. But I want to be more than friends but I don't think he see's it that way. How do I slowly let him in on the fact that I like him but starting to slightly change appearence. Please don't lecture me about "just be yourself" because I alreafy have the self confidence I need, I just don't have the information on what guys like. Would he care if my nails are not filed or painted? Will he mind that I don't have a curvy body shape? Should I wear make up? How do I look attractiva and sexy without looking like a slut? I have bright blue eyes, am not fat, not skinny, medium wavy brown hair, clean face, not good skin tone on egs, fairly big boobs, and small feet. I am very adventurous and we have a TON in common and our parents are good friends. How do I show him I like him with oput seeming incredibly obvious? How do I tell if he likes me back or just as afriend? One thing that gets me worried (jealous) id he has a lot of female friends on facebook and seems to interact with them a lot. Am I over thinking it? He is reallly nice and talk with me a lot, but is it just me? or am I mistaking his kindness etc. with flirting? AAARRRGGGHHH!! HELP ME!!!! Tell me anything that would make him like me more.....

Okay, don't worry I'm not gonna be one of those people who tell you 'Just let your inside personality show'. Just wear appropriate makeup (don't go to heavy on the foundation) and wear some low cut (but not overly low cut) tops. talk/text him more (but not in a stalker way :L Like maybe once every two days?) and I know this is gonna sound really stupid, ask him who he likes. You can confront this- but just don't tell him you like him first. I hope this helped :)
