Why can't I get computer sound on my tv?

I cant get onto my computer?

ok so a little while ago ( like 30 minutes) i started watching american dad on a site called TV links, and playing runescape while checking my Gmail, then all the sudden i started hearing this weird sound, almost like a tick and then my computer froze, and after a while of waiting i shut it down, then turned it back on again, and now i cant get back on AT ALL! it keeps getting stuck at the "starting windows" and then it freezes and i turn it off. WHATS IS GOING ON? and how can i fix it?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? PLEASE HELP ASAP

Hey gal first chill out and think cool. Shut it down wid d power button. now remove the battery and use the ac power to switch it on. before it gets stuck remove the plug. it will naturally turn off. now switch it on. there will be a grey screen with "launch startup repair" and start normally. Select startup repair and it will fix it or backup. it might take up to 30 min. voila uve got it fixed
