Does anyone know any really good singing warm ups?

AF BMT PT standards... anyone know the push-ups, sit-ups, run etc.?

  • Ok so i ran today and got 1.23 miles in 11.11 mins. i know its 1.50 but i just started working out again and is that good enough? i also did push ups last day and did 60 push-ups in 1.20 secs. i did a lil resesarch and is it 2 mins of push-ups or 1 min.? -.- im confused. btw how many sit-ups do i need? :D

    1. You need to be running two or thee miles The PT test is 1.5 miles But actual daily PT is 30 mins of non stop running 2. you get one min for push ups and sit ups in the AF 3. if you can do 50 sit ups and 50 push ups, before basic, you will be fine 4. just remember, there is a world of difference between daily PT and the PT test You will run longer and further doing daily PT and will do a lot more push ups and sit ups t, than you will during the actual PT test
