Would I be able to join the Armed Forces?

Would I be able to join the Armed Forces with bronchiectasis? I've never had an attack that an individual with asthma would go through though doctors do like to keep me on medication (that I can totally go without taking for a while, done it before ;)). I'd really like to join the Marines but I've been told their standards are a bit higher. Would any of the branches accept me?

Answer:
Nowadays, the hiring procedure is stricter simply because there are a lot of people looking to join. Free education, guaranteed pay, retirement are all quite intriguing in an awful economy. I occasionally sleep walk and cannot join because of that. I wouldn't know about that specific condition.
