Where can i download a music organizing program that will tag my music and make the changes also in the source?

I need a program that will organize my music, tag, it get album art, and if changes are made and music deleted it will also apply that to the original source folders, not just the library or the view. And if possible a program that does the same with pictures. Links and advice please
