Why does my stomach keep growling and i feel sick ?

I just finshed my period yesterday and yes i was sexually active but i got my period any way today i feel horrible i keep having to go to the bathroom and my stomach keeps growling but i cant eat i feel like throwing up

It is probably gas. When I get my period I get it really bad and i also get diarrhea.

Hmm.. I tend to have this problem when I wait too long to eat. It usually lasts maybe 30 minutes and then kind of goes away. It may just be your body telling you that its starving, but eating when your naseuous is not a good idea, it will just make you more sick. You may just have to wait it out, and then try eating when you start to get hungry again.
