How to fix scoliosis?

How can i fix scoliosis as fast as possible?? PLEASE ANSWER:(?

• Im 14 years old and I've been diagnosed with scoliosis and kyphosis about two years ago. They were both genetic. For scoliosis i have a 20 degree curve and for kyphosis i have a 60 degree curve. I've worn a brace since i was diagnosed and its really starting to hurt me. I'm always stressed out and crying over this, because my spine has not gotten any better and my parents wont let me have surgery. I feel like a complete freak wearing the brace and my friends always ask what they are feeling when they hug me. At home I stay in my room and refuse to go out in public for fear of being looked at cause im different. Im so sick of going to school and having to wear thick hoodies to cover it up in the 90 degree heat. The doctor gives me many exercises and techniques that dont do anything, I've gone to great lengths to try to explain that to my mom but she thinks I'm lying. And recently I've found true love.. but i dont want to tell him about this. so PLEASE do you guys know how to fix this ASAP? :(

  it terrible that your parents wont let u have surgery because if the brace isnt working surgery is what you need. its what helped me. talk to your parents and next time u have a dr appt for your back talk to your dr about other options
