What to do with acne?

What's a good in store bought acne plan for me?

• ***Between this run-on sentence, and the line of astrophes is a detailed description of my info, and current way of doing things, skip to the line of astrophes to skip some reading if it's unecessary.*** I know most of what info is needed for this, but will add more incase it is necessary. I'm 18 years old, male, 5'10", ranging from 136-142 pounds and increasing that range, acne is mild to moderate, i'm white, take 1 shower in the morning (6:30am) at minimum sometimes 2 a day. Now my acne is mild to moderate, but I haven't found anything that really helps me. I notice when I don't use any face washes I get a few more pimples, but not much. So what i'm doing isn't really working. I've been using the basic family sized neutrogena face wash (http://freesampleprincess.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/neutrogena-free-sample.jpg) using it while I take a warm shower. I noticed that wasn't really working, and after some years finally i'm trying something new. Now I've got three different Neutrogena face washes i'm trying. The first linked one i've used the most out of the three, and it didn't seem to help. It seemed to weak not removing enough oil, the second one i've used on my face once (first tried body) I put it on the scabs of some left over pimples, and they dried and peeled by the next day, the last one I've used one time today, more expensive, but I can't really tell anything yet. Details on my acne are I get the blackheads on my nose, I get 1-3 big pimples, and when they're gone another 1-3 come in. I for the most part get the little white heads, on my face they aren't that visible, but the ones on my forehead are where the majority stay. My hair is cut to where my bangs cover about half of my forehead. My body I get 4-6 pimples spread out between both of my shoulders, then small black heads around the chest, and shoulders. How I currently use acne wash, I wash my body in the shower, usually after using body wash. My face is done in the shower in the mornings, and at the sink at night. I'm rinsing my hands off with warm water, rinsing face with warm water, using about a tip of the pinky sized amount of face wash, rubbing it in for a minute or two, rinsing with warm water, and pat dry. Some other info, i'm taking vitamins everyday now, a childs multi-vitamin, adult multi-vitamin, 1000-2000mg vit C, Zinc, and some fish oil stuff. **************************************… So I take 1-2 showers a day, my skin gets oily if I miss one day of showers, my skin doesn't dry out easily unless I way overuse the acne stuff. The best results I usually get are when an acne wash is strong enough to dry my face a good bit. I also need a wash for my body. If this makes any difference I have a small, but noticeable scar under my left eye, and then a scar under my lip almost 1 inch long (dog attack at young age) So if any acne washes help with scars, that would be great. So I'm in need of ideas on a face wash, and body wash that I can buy in a Store like kroger, walgreens, ingles, walmart, etc. Any vitamins (that aren't mentioned above) that help with acne that I could take. If you can give me a plan, I also need to know the correct way to use it (my current method mentioned above.) Any info will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

  Niacinamide face cleansing pads are effective and simple way to keep acne away. Just place a pad on the pimple and watch it fade away. Lavender Oil helps prevent skin drying. Niacinamide pads are also known as Vitamin B3 pads or Nicotinamide pads. Works on body acne too. Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised. Niacinamide also helps diminish skin-hyperpigmentation (acne scars).
