Sun stroke how long can it last?

Do I have asthma? Or did i just have Sun Stroke?!?

• At my soccer game (it was at noon) it was about 80 degrees farenheit, and i was in the ENTIRE second half of the soccer game (35 minutes) my dad has asthma (i think....). when i was younger in texas, the doctors thought i had asthma because i would weeze, but it turned out that i didn't have asthma. Anyways, it was hard for me to breathe. I weezed like, about 2 or 3 times, and i really wanted to cry, but i didn't. so i tried putting my hands behind my head when i wasn't running in the 2nd half of my soccer game. I was having a hard time breathing. And my face was SUPERRRR RED. its been almost a week, and its getting better. My mom told me i got SUn Stroke (heat exhaustion) orr do i have asthma?? thanks, sorry this is long
