Why do people not know how to diet properly?

  • dieting is very simple you just have to follow 3 rules 1. get 1g of protein per bodyweight 2. eat below your caloric maintenance (adjust for amount of cardio you do i'd suggest 500 calories below maintenance no more) 3. workout 3 times a week( with a good routine and using high weight low reps and works out every body part in 1 week) thats the secret to losing 1-2lb of FAT only fat and it doesnt matter if the rest of your diet is crap like eating all fast food or whatever until you wanna get really low body fat you have to start eating cleaner ( like 6 pack kind of low body fat) But im seeing alot of people just starve themselves, doing to much cardio, and not working out properly..... 1. people do to much cardio thinking this is really healthy...(although it is healthy you dont even need cardio and if you do to much you burn muscle and you end up stalling) I'd suggest HIT if you never heard of it, it is interval training 2. starving yourself( mostly women do this) but you end up stalling and staying at the same weight if you eat to much below .. also you people never eat enough 3. work out every part of your body using HIGH weights, using 100 reps of the same weight isnt getting you anywhere. (ladies dont be afraid to use high weights you cant ever get to big and dont think it is easy some guys workout years without getting any bigger because you have to have alot of things corrects like diet sleep and workout/progressive load also ladies dont have alot of testosterone so it is impossible for them to get big dont be scared) see just simple concepts and people still find it really hard to lose weight i just dont get it it only takes around a few hours to get all the information you need and people still cant lose weight? Example:bodybuilders can go from 25% body fat to 10% body fat in just a few months and they can do it 100% of the time without a setback so why dont people just try research before they diet randomly.... sorry for being a prick i just wanted to get the information out there and wonder why people dont research or anything

    Most people are too lazy to find out for themselves. Some people grow up being told that it does not really mater what and how you consume it. People are just plain ignorant. This is why a large portion of these people hire personal trainers. If you know how to help someone gain their physical goal then I suggest looking in to starting a career as a personal trainer.
