What are hybrid muscle fibers?

Question about muscle fibers?

  • is it possible to train your body to make it have only a certain type of muscle fibers? or and extreme type of those fibers? basically when i lift weights it only takes about 3 sets to tear my muscle fibers wheareas normal people would have to complete a full 8-9 sets of 10 reps of so it only takes me 3 sets of 1! yes you heard right 3 sets of 1 rep and my muscles and adaquetely broken down enough to the point where i can lift noway near what i did during the first sets basically i can still lift a lot of weight but the amount of time it takes for my to breakdown from exercise is extremely fast can any1 tell me why? p.s. im not new to weight lifting i've been doing it for years it just kinda started happening all of a sudden i realised my muscles would tire faster and faster but my strenght actually grew when i stopped the normal 8-9 sets and went to 3x1
