How do i get my skinny legs back? especially thighs?

im fifteen and i used to have skinny legs! but just the normal type of skinny. anyway.. since i joined trck and field.. thy got bigger and i cant even wear some of my jeans and shorts anymore :( used to be a size 1 now im a 4. i wish i hadnt joined. my legs are like one of the best assets i had.. now thyre gone. is it still possible to gain them back? do i still have the hope of returning my calves and thighs back to its original state? theyre bigger because of the muscles and lately ive been eating a lot so it also has fat of course (started to hve stretch marks on my inner thighs as well..so sad). is running going to make it even bigger? how about pilates? i hear thy can make legs leaner. how do i reverse this??? help me please!

Running will help them get toned; but Pilate's will help them become leaner. Lower your bread intake; bread goes directly to your butt and thighs; and eat a lot of fruit, they help break through the fat so the exercise will work. Also, you're still perfect the way you are at a size 4. If you look at yourself as only an asset or what assets you have, men will too and instead of trying to understand your mind, they will try to memorize the lines of your thighs.

ummm what I'm guessing it that since you started track and field, you also started eating more calories and in turn, gained all that weight PLUS you probably gained muscle in your legs as well. You are going to have to change up your diet and excercise to get those skinny legs back by doing this: 1. Set a calorie limit. The average female NEEDS at least 1000 calories to live (that's with NO excercise). My recommendation is to set your calorie intake between 1200-1500 daily. No more. 2. Drink ONLY waters, plain teas, and black coffee. The tea and coffee will flush out the toxins in your system. 3. When you eat, portion your food. Depending on what you are eating, it should not be any bigger than your fist. 4. Cut CHIPS, corn chips, potato chips, any kind of "chip" - salty junkfood - out of your diet. 5. ALLOW one cookie or whatever sweet into your diet. (per day not hour :p) 6. WALKING on a flat level OUTSIDE will help slim your legs down. Try to walk 1-2 hours a day. A good way to do this is break it up into sections. 30 minutes in the morning. 30 minutes in the evening. That gives you an hour. If you got more time, walk some more :) 7. Jump roping, dancing, and kick boxing activities will TONE your thighs. If you at least steps 1-6, you will see a big difference in 3 weeks. Keep it up everyday! Good luck!
