    I'm with you on this. What I do is create my meals ahead of time. For example, on Sunday I might make a big soup or casserole, I recently started using the crockpot to make a pot of beans. If you want something quick to take with you every day, you can take a frozen veggie burger, grab a bun and eat that at lunch. The trick is to get into a routine of something. It helps to have a few healthy meals in the freezer as back up in case you are too busy one week.

When I make dinner I'll make extra to have for lunch the next couple of days. Also a fast easy meal are wraps. Just throw in some veggies and deli meat and youre done.
