How to get sexy, toned, slim arms?

How many push ups a day should I do to get toned arms in a month?

    I start off with 100 sit ups pause for 3 sec. each time alternating left & right side as well-then stretch with left leg over right with left arm stretched to the left for a good back stretch repeat with right leg over left etc. I then role up to stretch both legs out to the sides. Then I commence doing 100 press ups trying to keep my head up at the same time.All this would take about 15mins.Ohh try and put both hands out in front of you close together as well...breath During the day I do this when I get hungary as well say 3 times a day. push ups will tone your tricepts and chest more so than your bi cepts. because it is a pushing motion only. my advice would be to incorperate some pulling movements as well that will target the other half of your arm...........................Do 4 sets in the morning, each set go to muscle failure,( how every many you can do at one time without quiting.) p.s. Im sorry but 50 every two weeks will just not cut it. If you want results you have to work hard, just like anything worth having isnt easy to get. Do the 4 sets 5 days a week... they will be hard at first but your body will become strong and adapt, then it will have no choice but to tone up

I do 50 every 2 weeks you'll get very very tired but it pays off i recommend listening to music while doing pushups because it will make you ore focused on the music and not the pain in your arms :)
