    It takes 2 or 3 years, depending upon how hard you're willing to work. You go to a community college - the work is very hard, but it's worth it. It's very exjoyable work, and the pay is great - here in NYC, you can make about $45/hour. You need to be pretty good at science, though, so brush up on your bio & chem.
