• Oh my god i've had horrible allergies for about a week. I've drank about 10cups of tea everyday. I've been taking some meds but i forgot what they're called. My head hurts so bad, my eyes are watery, i have sniffles and a bad cough. Half the time i can't see straight without hurting my eyes. What can i do to get rid of them fast without medicine. I was reading this thing on allergies and they were saying Vegetarians don't get them which is bull **** cause i've been a veggi for 2 years. Please help.. thankz

  i have the sample problem however i did the Japanese thing simply wear a surgical mask it may look odd but it works and it is natural. i simply wear a surgical mask when the pollen count is high quite a few people are starting to do it now as it is the only things that works for them. in japan every one does it as 80% of the population has hay fever and about 1/4 of the country is covered with cedar trees and cedar trees can release over 5KG of pollen a day in to the air so obviously it is a big thing their and mask are very popular. you may also want to take eye drops and buy an air puffier for your house this will reduce allergens in the air and eyes. you can also buy HayMax it is a wax you apply to the inside of your nose and when you breathe in through your nose most of the pollen and dust sticks to the wax reducing the amount of allergens you inhale. then at the end of the say you wash it out.
