Good website for scholarships?

  • Hi. I'm going to be a junior in college starting in this fall, and I'm transferring from a community college to a 4 year one. I'm also going to be an out of state student. I have already looked into scholarships offered by the school, but it's not going to be enough. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites that offer scholarships that are not geared towards a particular school? Just like, scholarships that can be applied to wherever you're going. I'm having trouble finding any. Thanks.

    Number 1, I hope you've looked in to possible careers (realistic careers) for English majors before setting on that major, its really not a promising degree. As for a website, try fastweb.com. They suggest scholarships to you based off of information you give them about yourself, race, ethnicity, major, etc.
