What to do when my blackberry comes up with JVM error 102?

  • So my blackberry fell in water and i dried it but when it wasn't fully dry i mistakenly put the battery in when it wasn't fully dry :/ which apparently i shouldn't have.. so i made it dry fully and then i went to the shop of my phone company, and they couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. so i called up my phone company and they said that they cant replace it because 'i cause the damage' but actually I didn't!!!! so now when i turn it on it comes up with a screen say JVM Error 102 what do i do??? can i fix it?? and what does this mean?? is my phone dead..???

  • Answer:

    Well, first phone needs to be cleaned, from remaing condensation, drying phone not enough, than restore firmware using blackberry desktop manager. Advice take it to a repair shop.
