What small economy hatchback has the most cargo room with the rear seats up?

• I Own an Alaskan Malamute, and i am looking into getting a economy hatchback car, and the point of the hatchback is so my dog can travel in the cargo area, instead of my back seat which is currently the case in my sedan. Also the reasoning behind the economy hatchback, its of course, tight budget! anyone who owns a large dog that travels in there economy hatchback have any feed back? (cars such as Accent, Fit, Sonic... ect.) Also wouldnt mind some input on the midsize hatchback cars (such as Matrix, Vibe ect....) Thanks
