Where to find a good pair of over ear headphones under $100?

Best pair of over ear headphones (trying this again)?

• I'm looking for a good pair of headphones, and I'm hoping to find something specific so here's the wishlist. ---Its gotta be an Over-Ear type. Similar to the Bose QC 15's construction, those headphones are oval shaped because they are designed to fit over your ear, not to rest on top of it. ---It needs to be comfortable to wear for a while: some pairs make you sweat or cause your cranium to feel constrained even after short periods of time. ---It could be noise canceling but that doesn't matter so long as the over-ear construction that i described in the first criteria can at least muffle out a bit of outside noise. ---It needs to sound good (obviously) with a nice balance across all the ranges, but a little extra bass never hurts. ---And hopefully it costs under $200. Suggestions people? Please provide a link when you make a suggestion. And don't just say "THEY'RE AWESOME!" be constructive, tell me why you like them and why I should too (I've already provided criteria).
