Do you tell someone you love them if they are in a serious relationship?

Scared to tell someone that I am not in a relationship with anymore that I love him?

There is a special man in my life. We tried dating before and things went down hill. Three months went by and he got back in touch with me. We talked everything out and we are absolutely fine now. He says "my girl this" and "my girl that" to EVERYONE. Bringing me around his friends (he never did before). Spending time with me as much as he can. And when we are together, we don't always have sex. When we dated before, sex was constant. I am kind of confused as to how he feels about me because of these changes. He tells me all the time that I'm amazing, I'm so beautiful to him. I've fallen in love with him, I know I have. But I don't know if the feeling is mutual and I'm terrified to say something to him. Scared that if I tell him I love him, he may freak out. I don't know what to do. :(

Why don't you get a close friend of his to tell him and let you know, if he doesnt then you have to get over him, if he does, you confess his love to him, simples.
