Can travel to france with a?

Hi, I have black travel document,I already have the Schengen visa from sweden, can i travel to france ?

  • travel to france

  • Answer:

The British Certificate of Identity (brown document) and the British Certificate of Travel (black) are not recognised by the French authorities as a valid travel document. Holders of such documents can therefore not be issued with a visa to France. http://www.ambafrance-uk.org/Do-you-need-a-visa .. You most presumably have been issued a visa with limited territorial validity. You can only visit Sweden if your type C visa shows "valid for Sverige" in the first column. You cannot visit France if your visa shows "valid for Schengenstater - FR". You cannot visit France and Germany if it states "valid for Schengenstater - DE, FR"..

Sorry, a black travel document holder is not allowed to apply for the Visa of France. This document is not recognized by the French Embassy.
